How we found Westlake, Louisiana.
I’m Jeanne Rose, founder and owner of Jeanne’s Bourbon Street BBQ. I wanted to live life to the fullest…So my husband and I did something a little crazy. We hung a map of the entire United States on our wall and decided that wherever I threw a dart, that’s where we’d pack up everything and start fresh.
On the first throw, I might’ve missed the board entirely! But on the second throw, that dart landed right on Westlake, Louisiana, and the rest is history!
We’ve been serving this state the best BBQ for years, and we’re just getting started!

What is Jeanne's Bourbon Street BBQ?
We started as a food truck with one mission: serve the best BBQ wherever we went. Over time, we decided to plant roots and open our own location in Westlake. But here’s the fun part our kitchen is still that same food truck. We just moved the entire trailer inside the restaurant!
